Even with vouchers from The Sun newspaper this campsite is not worth the visit. The place is dirty, the linen looks like they just iron it between uses not clean it. Our chalet was damp, smelly and 1 bedroom was totally unuseable as the bunkbed fell ...See the full report

Have seen reports that criticise the afon restaurant we had no problems at all with choice, temperature of food etc. Even the welsh lessons given to us by natalie the receptionist at the afon were excellent.

We were mis-sold this holiday by Haven.
When booking, we were told that we were to be in accommodation known as a Gold Chalet which was brand new and had a fantastic sea view, also that as half board customers we would be able to eat in any restau...See the full report

staff had bad attitude, cleaning never done to normal standard, if done at all, managers incompetant, entertainment mainly by resident singer who howled rather than sung, some decent...See the full report
