The Greenland hotel is a popular hotel for families as it has many activities to keep both children and adults amused. The hotel was opened in summer 2000 and it is set on a hillside at the entrance to Ovacik village. The village centre of Hisaronu is 2km away of which you can catch the local Dolmus to for exploring the shops and enjoying the local social life. Nearby Olu Deniz and has its own small marina with space for approximately 30 yachts and the harbour area in Fethiye has a palm lined promenade and behind is a maze of small streets with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and a bustling nightlife.
Rooms at the Greenland Hotel have a bathroom, shower, WC, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, balcony or terrace, safe, minibar and a hairdryer.
Facilities at the Greenland Hotel include a swimming pool with waterslide, Jacuzzi, children's pool, tennis courts, children's club room, playground, sauna, fitness room, TV room, pool table, table tennis, table football, tennis court, basket ball, volley ball, water polo, darts, hammocks, bicycles, mini club and occasional night shows.

Oh dear what a downturn from last year. I have never gone to the same place twice but the Greenland was a place where people returned to year after year but this year all it was about has gone.

Our party booked into the Deluxe Apts which were excellent, end of story.
If you are worried about puting on weight whilst being on all inclusive, then dont because you wont, not at this hotel anyway.

I do love this hotel and have been for many years... however, I think the entertainment provided was nowhere near as good as in previous years.. I really missed Charlie, Ozzy etc

We have been coming to hisaronu for 5 years and we can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels in the area for the price.

This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but I would not rate it above 2+.
The meals were very poor, the rooms were small and noisey.
The evening entertainment was amature and loud.
The night reception was also very poor.

We have just returned from The Greenland Hotel in Ovacik and have had a superb time. It was early season so for the first week the hotel was fairly quiet. By the second week it was busier but just as enjoyable.
