The Ficus Apartments are situated in the cosmopolitan area of Costa Teguise, just a few metres from the beach and the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife, and some 12 kilometres from the airport. Facilities at the Los Ficus Apartments include a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a luggage room and currency exchange. Day and evening entertainment are provided by the resident animation team. There are 109 apartments at the Los Ficus Apartments, each having a bathroom, living room, kitchenette with fridge, balcony or terrace, pay per view TV, and safety deposit box.
