Lovely family cottage in a lovely area of the Norfolk broads. Children loved being so close to the Broads and feed the ducks daily. Lovely staff on site and pool was a nice touch. Would consider re-visiting next year.See the full report

Here you enjoy a setting in one of Broadland's most picturesque villages, and one of its most sought after waterside locations within the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

You will enjoy the superb Marina swimming pool and there are lots of opportunities to get afloat with day cruisers for hire. Great Yarmouth and Norfolk's fine sandy beaches are only 30 minutes' away by car.

As a visitor to Ferry Marina you have the benefits of exclusive fishing rights outside your property, available during the fishing season (closed season Mar 15�Jun 15).

The Bure Valley railway, Wroxham Barns craft centre and Hoveton Hall gardens are easily accessible by car and you can tour How Hill conservation centre or any one of the beautiful Norfolk Broads by boat.
