| Lido di Jesolo lies about 16 miles from the airport at Venice, and is a very large resort stretching some 5 miles. A good range of hotel accommodation can be found here, with many luxury hotels mainly situated near the beach. Jesolo beach runs the full length of the resort, with private sections owned by the various hotels, and has a great variety of water sports for you to try. It has a reasonable amount of the usual supermarkets and souvenir shops, and for the more active amongst you, there is tennis, horse riding and go-karting to keep you busy. The evenings can be spent touring the bars and cafe's, with the hotels providing their own selection of entertainment to occupy you throughout the night. |
