A real life fawlty towers, real rock bottom accomodation, poor facilities, the staff try their hardest to paper over the cracks but alas it does not work, think again virgin before you lose loyal custom.

We are staying here again Nov 10, the breakfast was very hit and miss, room clean and tidy, had to complain about a smell but this was sorted by the time we returned to our room (the smell was not in our room), lift clean, helpfull staff.
