Dionysis & Tonia Studios - 2 Star +

Kalamaki lies on the south coast about 3 miles from the airport. Backed by mountains, it is a good place to come for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, as the night life is quite limited with only a few bars and the odd disco. A couple of decent standard hotel and apartment blocks can be found here, while the beach and water is excellent, and offer plenty of water sports. The local mini-markets have all you'll need to enjoy your holiday here, but you can jump the bus to Zakynthos Town where a much greater variety will be found.

We stayed here in mid October. The apartments were very basic even for Greek standards. The bar was closed a lot during the day at different times. Kalamaki was nice, the walk to the beach was a pleasant stroll. The main street had plenty of tavernas...See the full report
