Hurghada was founded in the early 20th century and untill a few years ago it remained a small fishing village. Now it is the best known tourist attraction of the Red Sea coast and is an international center for aquatic sports. The warm waters here are a haven for rare fish and reefs, which you can also observe from glass bottom boats. The restaurants are all along the main road. The accomodations usually offer a warm and efficient service. Whilst in Hurghada don't miss the museum and aquarium with the complete collections of Fauna and Flona of the Red Sea.
Nice big room with good air conditioning which was kept very clean by the staff who were all very friendly. The food really was quite good overall with various things to tempt you.
