There are 1,042 rooms at the Club Mac, all with a bathroom, WC, shower, telephone, air conditioning, hire safe and a balcony or terrace. The holiday was an excellent experience, however not enough shade was provided, two members of party got ill from sun even with factor 35.
The holiday was great fun, police was not good, sister got mugged and phone stolen!!

I would never go again even if it was free, and im serious, stayed in the Marte we had an hour hour wait for the lift every time they r so small we had a wheelchair and pushchair, the reception was rubbish they couldnt run a hotel if they tried, food...See the full report

One of the worst holidays ever . If you have booked any of the 3 hotels in the complex then either pay to change your booking or break your own leg so you dont have to go .... i wouldnt even send my ex there .

On arrival, we waited over 2 hrs for our room to be made ready, and were eventually shown to a very small, very basic room which bore little relation to the one described on our booking form - no beds for our kids, for instance.
