This was supposed to be an All Inclusive Holiday, in a 3 Star rated resort.
The first room we were given was dirty, in what would have been a noisy location and of entirely different style to that booked.

This is the worst holiday we"ve ever had the management at this hotel don"t respond to complaints. Asking to have our room cleaned was met by the response move and keys were thrown across the desk. The bathroom was awash every time a shower was taken...See the full report
