The hotel itself is quite new, clean and well maintained. The pool is lovely and the entertainment is ok. There is a problem though ... the staff. The reception staff look at you like dirt and are about as friendly as a fist in the face.

had a fantastic time at this hotel ,
food was faultless and there was always plenty of choice.

HAVING STAYED AT THIS HOTEL PREVIOUSLY IN 2004 WHEN IT WAS A THOMSON HOTEL BECAME VERY WORRIED THAT IT HAD GONE DOWN HILL AFTER READING VARIOUS REVIEWS. HOW WRONG WE WERE. STAFF STILL VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. FOOD OK AND STILL A VERY CLEAN HOTEL.....See the full report
