Situated in a quiet residential estate this intriguing villa sits like an architectural gem against the skyline. The wonderful colour of terracotta breaks across the slopes and shapes of the roof and takes the sun down to the terrace below. An enclosed porch/loggia area is large enough to sit under, if you are looking for shade. But if you choose to sit out you are sure to get an excellent suntan. You can even monitor your progress under the protection of the sun shade. What a joy it is to have breakfast or supper on the terrace overlooking the pool! Here dining al fresco is second nature and you will love it. Inside the villa is as cool and refreshing as the pool outside. All rooms are calm and relaxing. The sitting come dining room has a focal fireplace, and plenty of space to sit and watch television, if you have time; French doors to the terrace and pool beyond mean you can have plenty of light and fresh air. Never far from the sea this villa has excellent views of the Mediterranean - you are only four kilometres from the beach after all. But if you choose to take time out why not explore the areas historic towns, such as Guadalest. Or take a trip to the Fuentes del Algar, which are beautiful waterfalls set amidst gardens, and truly an experience not to be missed!
