The Calipto Apartments are superbly located just five hundred metres from the lovely Oura beach, which lies at the foot of a steep slope. A hundred metres away the Strip is the lively centre of Praia da Oura, home to a fantastic assortment of ice-cream parlours, street-cafés and shops and the area enjoys a buzzing nightlife with lots of nearby restaurants and bars and the sound-proofed Kiss Club 250 metres away. On the ground floor of the Calipto are a convenient supermarket, a newsagent and a snack bar (all under separate management) and just over the road are the Bulldog pub and a coffee shop. This location can experience some noise and traffic activity. Bustling Albufeira is just over two kilometres west.
