Calimera Ermones Beach Hotel Ermones

The Calimera Ermones Beach Hotel is set on a hillside, and boasting some of the most beautiful sunsets in the Mediterranean, the Ermones enjoys panoramic views over the�picturesque sand and shingle�beach below and the sparkling Ionian sea, conveniently accessible by one of the hotels main attractions - a cable car. The small�villages of Ermones and Vatos�are 1.5kms along the road whilst Corfu Town and the airport are 17kms away easily accessible by local bus from the hotel reception. Corfus popular 18-hole golf course is nearby. The Ermones�is a bungalow hotel complex with rows of single storey bungalows which cascade down the hillside to the beach below. Whilst the main amenities at the Calimera Ermones Beach are found at the top part of the hotel, the hotels other star attraction - an electric train, ferries guests to and from the main building at peak times.�In addition, the cable car services all levels of bungalows from the beach�to the main building. However, the hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with walking difficulties. During Winter 2006/7 the hotel�has undergone full refurbishment in the Restaurant and Bar areas. Full or partial refurbishment of some of the hotel rooms has also taken place. There will also be extensive landscaping of the grounds of the hotel.
