CA MARI

Formentera is a small island situated of the south eastern coast of the island of Ibiza. This small island resort is usually reached by flight to Ibiza and then a ferry crossing from Ibiza Town. Due to this fact the resort is compared to Ibiza, relatively untouched by tourism and so maintains much of its tranquility and countryside lifestyle. These unique features make the island resort popular with families, nature lovers and nudists. The white sand on the beaches of Playa Llevant and Playa Migjorn goon for miles whilst the beaches of Es Pujols and Es Calo provide the main tourist town locations. The scenery on Formentera is spectacular and is best sampled at a sedate pace on a bicycle. A visit to this island is incomplete without taking a trip by boat to Espalmador where a mud bath in the lagoon is not to be missed. Ferry crossing time is approximately 30 minutes. (Approx 30 crossings per day).
