I found the staff in Blue Bay very nice an polite room was wot was expected basic bt clean.
My only complaint would be as travellin with 3 children wasnt any entertainment an wot entertainment was on in the evening was very poor.

I have been going to Mamaris from 1995 love the resort but this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never seen a reception area with so many people complaining.
