 These lovely one bedroom apartments are peacefuly situated about 15-20 minutes walk from the resort center and beach with surrounding pinewood-mountains. Ideal choice for families who wants a lazy and peaceful holiday. Just 8.5 km to Marmaris and 100 km to Dalaman Airport. There are 8 lovely self catering apartments with one bedroom. Each apartment has twin or double bed's in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room, kitchenette, shower, wc, air conditioning, direct dial telephone and safe box. Bedroom and living room all have balconies. Pool table, swimming pool with children splash pool, bar, air conditioning, and Babycot’s avaible for rent. There are smoke detectors in the rooms and fire alarms in corridors, also maid service 6 days a week. There is tv, sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas by the pool area free of charge for the guests. | |

These apartments could be better, they really need a facelift. Bedrooms are very basic. Bathrooms could do with a good scrub out, and shower curtains replaced, they were really grubby and the toilet was not very clean.

We have just returned from Icmeler Turkey where we stayed at Avlu 1 Apartments. The apartments are very basic, bathroom was very poor, the outside of the very small complex was very well kept and the pool area was immaculate.
