It feature a small lagoon on one side of the island and on the other a large idyllic lagoon ideal for paddling, swimming and learning watersports like windsurfing, canoeing and catamaran sailing. In common with most holidays in the Maldives the beaches on Athuraga Island are strikingly pure and white.
