Aparthotel-Sol-Lanzarote

Matagorda lies on the south-east coast about 1 mile from the airport so expect some aircraft noise. A purpose built resort, the main accommodation tends to be apartment blocks of quite a high standard. Not a great deal in the way of shops, with just a commercial centre to cater for all your holiday needs, but the beaches do offer some water sports with Windsurfing and snorkelling available. The only night time activity to be enjoyed, is that provided by the hotels, so if it's peace and relaxation you're after, this is the place to go.
