Aparthotel-Riosol

Puerto Rico is a popular family resort on the south coast of the island. Built on a hillside it has upper and lower areas. On the top of the hill there are a few hotels and many apartments and the local Europa centre has everything from bars, shops, restaurants and childrens entertainment. The lower area down by the beach has an even bigger commercial centre with a bigger selection of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a water park. The man made beach is surrounded by the harbour and ideal for bathing and watersports. A word of warning. If you are staying at the top of the resort it is advisable to get a taxi to the bottom, it only costs a few euros.
