Youll enjoy a warm welcome from the friendly family who run this simple property, near the Evelin Hotel on the main road into the pretty resort of Pythagorion. There are split-level studios for 2, with a small wooden staircase leading to the sleeping area (or a bed in the kitchen area for an extra person), studios for 2, and apartments for up to 4 people, all rooms offer air conditioning (payable locally). Some beds have concrete or fixed wooden bases. There is a pleasant swimming pool and poolside snack bar. Its a 25-30 minute stroll to the harbour, with the nearest supermarket a minute or so away and a taverna just 5 minutes away. The bus for Samos Town or Pythagorion stops right outside.

On arrival at our studio at the Anthis we walked out and refused to stay, room dark, dingy and smelt. Door at rear of studio not in use and locked - piece of tissue through keyhole! Moved to Evelin down the road which was great. (Liverpool)See the full report
