Annes Place has the best of both worlds. Whilst only a few minutes from the centre of Palestrina, this small family run Bed and Breakfast is situated in a peaceful location. Enjoy the warmth and hospitality of an English run B&B, with the beauty of the Italian countryside, food and wine. Youll have a good start to each day with a decent breakfast, at the time you want it, lunches and evening meals can also be provided. Annes Place is only 30 minutes by train from the centre of Rome, and you can come back to peace, tranquility and beautiful views after the clamour of the city. The house is situated 2.5 km south of the town of Palestrina, on a quiet road, and is the start of the farms. The one acre of land is mainly olives, with fruit trees and several young walnut trees. There are also grape vines, which need some care and attention, as they were neglected for a number of years. The house itself in new (build on top of an original land-house, where the small-holder would live for the period that he was harvesting the vines and the olives), and all the facilities are the best. | |
