| St. George resort is on the South of the island, about 33km from Corfu Town, and is a Very well developed resort with a long sandy beach. Aghios Georgios is also known as St Georges South to help distinguish the resort from another Aghios Georgios beach in the north west. Aghios Georgios has two main beaches reached by quiet country lanes. Both beaches at Aghios Georgios are wide, have easy-on-the-feet sand and are safely shallow for children. | |

My boyfriend and I stayed here in June 2009 and we absolutely loved it. We had sea views, a gorgeous view to wake up and see. The pool was quiet and the area was clean.

The Ananias was ok, the room was ok, staff brill, overall brill holiday, very relaxing one, draw back is if you dont drive the only Bus is to corfu town and thats only one a day the deps about 10.`15 and comes back at 15.30 pm.

The Ananias studios suited us fine. Right over looking the sea, the pool area never got crowded although it was only May, so you always got a nice breeze.

Awful! the whole experience was a nightmare. We were sold a holiday in a different place to where we had been told. The hotel was awful, filthy, run down. The resort was closed. If tour companies/hotels/resorts run holidays at this time of year...See the full report
