Its little wonder that people return here year after year. This modern hotel is one of the friendliest spots on the island. Nothing is too much trouble for the kind staff. All warm Cypriot smiles, their laidback charm will have you relaxed and stress-free from the moment you cross threshold. Which leaves you with nothing more to worry about than whether you have enough suncream to last the duration. Speaking of suntan lotion, smooth some on and head out to the beach. Hotel Aloe is just 150 metres from the beach so theres just a minutes walk between you and the toe-tickling sand. Dont fancy the walk? Then there are 2 fantastic outdoor pools here with oodles of sunbathing space. So pull up a sunbed, lie back and get to work on that Ive just been on holiday golden glow. When youve had your fill of sunbathing fun, head inside to the Tea Lounge. Its a pleasant surprise to find something as quintessentially English as afternoon tea in the middle of Paphos. Order tea or some freshly brewed coffee and tuck into the delicate pastries and cakes. Its the perfect snack to tide you over until dinner. And your evening meal is delightful too. The mouth-watering buffet is packed with tempting local and Mediterranean delicacies. Try the baby octopus or some sumptuous shellfish for a special treat. Wash it down with wine grown on the chefs own vineyard. Delicious.
