Malia Dimitris Apartments is a family complex, located at the center of Malia. The unit is 25 kilometres away from the international airport “Nikolaos Kazantzakhs” and about 30 kilometres away from Heraklion, the capital of Crete.
Malia Dimitris Apartments ideal location, at the center of Malia, offers a great environment for all ages for a pleasant stay, as its visitors can enjoy their stay at the beautiful, sandy and clean beach which is 300 metres away from the complex. Visitors can also taste traditional cretan cuisine and go out for nightlife at the famous clubbing area of Malia only a few minutes walk from our unit. Accommodation: Malia Dimitris Apartments will impress you from the first look as all rooms are quite new, clean and spacious (almost 40 square metres each) with big balconies and view to our swimming pool. www.maliahotelapartments.com The complex consist of 3 types of apartments: 1. Studio – one room apartment (20 sq m) with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with a sofa-bed, a double bed, built-in wardrobe , WC/shower and balcony. 2. Apartment - two room apartment (40 sq m), with seperate double bedroom, sitting area with two sofa-beds, fully equipped kitchen and pool view balcony. 3. Maisonette - two floor apartment (45 sq m). In upper floor is located a double bedroom, WC/shower, balcony and in ground floor the kitchen, a sitting area (with two sofa-beds) and a pool view balcony. Each unit has built-in wardrobe and safe, bathroom with hot and cold water and fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, coffee and cooking machine. All the apartments can accommodate comfortably up to 4 visitors. At the swimming pool area which is surrounded from a variety of plants, guests can enjoy their time or relax next to the pool, using our umbrellas and sun beds for free. Accommodation is free for children between the ages of 0-4 and half price between the ages of 5-12. Children beds (no charge) are also available on request. Cleaning room service is available 2 times per week. |

At a distance of 50m from our apartments, is a bus stop that visitors can get transportation (every 20 minutes) cheap and easily to many of Crete’s beautiful destinations. Malia constitute the ideal starting line for your excursions! Indicatively to you we propose visiting the traditional village of Malia and Hersonissos, the plateau of Lasithi (height almost 850m) as well as the archaeological museum of Heraklion and the palace of Knossos. Still the region of Agios Nikolaos and Elounda, the gorge of Samarja, the island of Spjnalonga with its castle and the beach of Vai with its palm-trees, are some of the places that will remain memorable to you!
