I was very dissapointed with this hotel, the food was boring and very monotonous, the standard of cleaning was very poor, the swimming pool, the water never looked clear and you could not see the bottom of the pool and some of the edges of the pool were cracked and damaged. The beach towels were nothing more than rags and were often stained, I saw a lot of people buying towels off the beach vendors. In general a poor hotel and we have been to Margarita before and had an excellent holiday so we were very dissapointed.
The hotel is opposite the beach where they have a bar and free sunbeds available for residents, those not wishing to visit the beach can stay around the pool though you need to be early to get a sunbed there. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. As with most all inclusive hotels to get hot food get there early or just as new dishes are put out, that said the food was OK and plentiful. Guests can visit the Grill once a week where food is cooked to order and served at the table rather than buffet style. Drink is local variety but is OK - be warned the Margaritta's are nothing like the real cocktail - very dissapointing that.
